I’m not entirely sure when Anya started being her own beast. I think it was between me adamantly stating that she’d never join the Dark Brotherhood and her beating a priest to death with a rusty mace.
She’ll do anything you want, really, so long as there’s some sort of payment. She’s flexible on the what, but it had better be there.
